Hola. As I sit today alone in my room I look at the door and I can -almost- still see some of the guests that came last saturday to our Christmas party. It is a hard to higlight one single moment, but for the strange of it I would like to explain the feeling of joy I experienced while locking myself into the room for 2 minutes and watch the end of FC Barcelona football match, while outside the wilderness was getting more and more obvious. It was probably the most boring part and thing to do but I remember it as a charming second of peace in between a great-big-fun party. As a result from it all:
-Broken picture frame (head hit)
-Wireless Internet connection breakdown (alcoholic substance shower)
-No human losses
+ Fun

Moment of the day 4. Drilling machine
I am savig money in alarm clocks. No need to set my mobile phone in the morning to tell me good morning. All for free, efficient and working just fine with my neighbour's drilling machine. Is there a better way to start your day?

Moment of the day 3. Honey and chicken
While I wait for the chicken and the honey to end their duty, I will give my award today to this very moment. The moment while I am waiting for the food to be ready.
I never made this receipt, and it is basically a result of the circumstances-improvisation (two days old chicken and some left overs of honey). While it is cooking in the pan (I decided to add last minute frozen carrots) I have imagined 1000 different flavours for it. Did I put too much honey? or too little? It usually ends up working. But I am so hungry. Maybe the moment of the day will be after I bite it... but I didn't want to risk it.
Bon appetit

Moment of the day 2. "About the feeling of leaving the house after 34 hours"
I arrived home around 2 hours ago. I didn't go too far, just to the supermarket -which by the way is around the corner- However, as that was the first time I went out since wednesday night (almost 2 days ago), it has been the most brilliant moment of today. The second when I got the breeze in my face (and the damned rain) was so refreshing that I felt like in a commercial of perfume, one of those where all those drops are falling from paradise and waterfalls and then some erotic voice says something in french (whatever). I like my house, but I like it outside too.

Moment of the day 1. "The neighbour's hammer"
The moment of the day explains which has been the most remarkable moment of the day inside the flat I am living and leaving. It doesn't mean it will be always exciting but it will still be there to share.
It is 15.54 in Finland and I am about to go running. I need to hurry as it is getting dark and the purpose of runnig was mainly to get some daylight out of the flat. Some minutes ago the neighbours, who are doing some construction work at home, knocked on the wall a couple of times. If I am not wrong they were hammering something, not exactly sure what it was. At that very moment when it all happened I was so relaxed and in my thoughts that the noise almost made me fall from the chair I was sitting. Fortunately I could hold on to the table and everything was cool. I am ok now, and everything is fine.
